Terms of Service

By accessing or using Replysprout (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Replysprout. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

ReplySprout is a web-based tool that generates expert reply templates for Google reviews, email, and social media. Replies are generated based on the situation you describe, the context you provide, and the tone you select.

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that any generated reply will achieve a specific outcome, or that it will be free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any reply before sending it.

Free trial — you may generate up to 10 reply templates at no cost and without creating an account. This trial does not reset.

Pro Monthly plan — a subscription of £4.99/month grants unlimited reply generation and unlocks all 5 tones, including the Pro-exclusive Concise and Enthusiastic tones. Pro status is tracked locally in your browser for 33 days from purchase date.

Lifetime plan — a one-time payment of £29 grants permanent unlimited access. No recurring charges or renewals apply.

All prices shown are in GBP and exclude applicable VAT or local taxes. If you are in a jurisdiction where VAT or sales tax applies to digital services, you are responsible for any such obligations. We reserve the right to change the features included in each plan with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never shared with or stored by Replysprout.

Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Lifetime access is a single one-time charge. Your paid access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

You may cancel your monthly Pro subscription at any time via your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at replysprout@outlook.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

EU & UK consumer right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and you purchase a digital service, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) 2011/83 and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by proceeding with the purchase and accessing the Service, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has begun. If you have not yet accessed the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting us.

Australian consumers: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the Service, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, abusive, or harassing
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Circumvent any usage limits by technical means
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

The reply text generated by the Service is provided for your personal and professional use. You may copy, edit, and send it as part of your email correspondence. You may not resell or redistribute the generated replies as a standalone product or service.

The ReplySprout name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of ReplySprout and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific business result.

Generated reply templates may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing replies before sending them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Replysprout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to business reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall primarily be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
